Mark Catuogno is a dedicated nonprofit leader and accomplished event professional who proudly serves as the President of Dream Factory of Brooklyn—the largest all-volunteer children’s dream-granting organization in New York City. With over a decade of experience across corporate, nonprofit, government, and community sectors, Mark brings a unique blend of compassion, strategic leadership, and event expertise to the chapter.

Under Mark’s leadership, Dream Factory of Brooklyn continues its mission of granting dreams to critically and chronically ill children ages three through eighteen. He oversees chapter operations, community partnerships, fundraising initiatives, volunteer engagement, and major annual events such as the Dream Factory x Brooklyn Cyclones baseball game, expanding the chapter’s reach and impact across New York City.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Iona College and has earned a Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management and Homeland Security, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Human Capital Leadership from American Military University. His extensive background in safety, crisis management, and operational leadership supports the chapter’s commitment to delivering meaningful, dependable experiences for children and families. He also holds numerous industry and emergency-preparedness certifications, along with the prestigious CGSP designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).

With more than ten years of experience leading large-scale events and community initiatives, Mark is known for his organization, strategic planning, and creative program design. His work has been recognized through several notable industry honors:
